Also a qualified surf instructor, I’ve taught hundreds of kids to surf and represented NZ at the World Adaptive Surfing Champs. When Covid hit I spent 2 years supporting people with the special needs. My hobbies include cameras, camper vans and surfing.

I started Zepher in 2009 after working many years doing publishing, agency and corporate work. Also a qualified surf instructor, I’ve taught hundreds of kids to surf and represented NZ at the World Adaptive Surfing Champs. When Covid hit I spent 2 years supporting people with the special needs. My hobbies include cameras, camper vans and surfing.
Zepher is owned and operated by NZ designer Luke Darby who has worked as a creative in NZ and overseas for the last three decades.
Starting in packaging in his late teens, Luke spent his 20’s designing magazines and his 30’s freelancing in ad agencies.
Now in his 40’s he’s turned his attention to web and video production including 3D modelling and animation.
A passionate surfer, Luke is current National Adaptive Champ and president of Adaptive Surfing NZ. In 2017 he represented NZ at the World Adaptive Champs.
