When not working on client projects, you’ll usually find me behind a camera, in a camper van, or out surfing.
I’ve taught thousands of kids to surf and had the honour of representing New Zealand at the World Adaptive Surfing Championships.
I also regularly volunteer with Disabled Surfers and support people with special needs.

A qualified instructor, I’ve taught thousands of school kids to surf and once representing NZ at the World Adaptive Champs (see video).
I also regularly volunteer for DSA (Disabled Surfers Association) and support people with special needs.
Zepher is owned and operated by NZ designer Luke Darby who has worked as a creative in NZ and overseas for the last three decades.
Starting in packaging in his late teens, Luke spent his 20’s designing magazines and his 30’s freelancing in ad agencies.
Now in his 40’s he’s turned his attention to web and video production including 3D modelling and animation.
A passionate surfer, Luke is current National Adaptive Champ and president of Adaptive Surfing NZ. In 2017 he represented NZ at the World Adaptive Champs.
